Although the copyright of the Addison and Cole report remains with Addison and Cole, the copyright of the Client's manuscript, synopsis and other writings remains with the Client at all times. If the Client wishes to use an extract or quotation from an Addison and Cole report, either online or included in another form of formal communication, permission must be requested in advance and will be granted subject to the discretion of Addison and Cole.
Addison and Cole will treat your mauscript and other writings, as well as all communications via email, telephone and face-to-face meeting, with the strictest confidence. We guard against potential plagiarism by using a strict information control procedure in line with the Data Protection Act.
Personal data
The purpose of us collecting data from you is to communicate with you with a view to providing you with literary consultancy. Your details are never passed to a third party unless you give us your consent to do so.
If, and only if, you provide your consent, we will pass your details to industry professionals who may be able to provide you with literary assistance or publication.
All our data practices are in line with the Data Protection Act under which we are fully registered. Registration number Z1613539.
Addison and Cole does not capture and store any personal information about people who access this website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details. In these cases, the personal data you submit will be used only for providing you with the information you have requested.
